1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App (“the App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App.
2. User Eligibility
The App is intended for individuals aged 13 years or older. By using the App, you represent and confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly permit users under the age of 13 to use the App. You are solely responsible for complying with this requirement.
3. Description of Service
The App is a digital prayer journal designed to assist users in tracking their prayer life, setting prayer reminders, and maintaining a personal record of their spiritual journey. The App is provided solely as a tool for personal spiritual enrichment.
4. Subscription Terms
The App offers Premium Subscriptions with pricing displayed in the App Store and within the app at the time of purchase. All subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and subject to auto-renewal.
Premium subscription benefits include:
• ACTS Prayer Plan feature with personalized guidance
• Advanced Analytics with detailed charts
• Prayer Journey Assessment feature
• Early access to all future premium features
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees charged by Apple.
5. Free Version Features
The free version of the App includes:
• Up to 99 prayers
• Basic prayer tracking and check-ins
• Unlimited journal entries
• Prayer reminders and notifications
• Labels and categories for organization
• Basic prayer statistics
• Core prayer functionality within the prayer limit
Premium features requiring subscription include AI-powered insights, advanced analytics, ACTS Prayer Plans, and Prayer Journey Assessment.
6. Privacy and Data
Your prayer data is private and stored exclusively on your personal device and in your private iCloud account (if you choose to enable iCloud sync). 7. User Conduct
You agree to use the App responsibly and respectfully, consistent with its intended spiritual purpose. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity conducted through your account.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, and software within the App are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any part of the App without express written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that could harm the App, its users, or our operations.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The App is intended as a personal spiritual tool and is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or religious guidance from qualified spiritual leaders.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App’s developer, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
13. Refund Policy
All purchases and refunds are subject to Apple’s App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support through your device Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility and processing are determined solely by Apple according to their terms and conditions.
14. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically for any updates.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App, and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the App developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located within that jurisdiction
